Lorin Hillman, DVM, Diplomate ACVIM, is an oncologist at Memphis Veterinary Specialists & Emergency in Cordova.
Dr. Lorin Hillman is a 2003 graduate of the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, she completed an internship at Kansas State University in small animal medicine and surgery. She started a three-year medical oncology residency at the University of Illinois in July of 2004.
During her residency, Dr. Hillman participated in research projects and clinical trials for canine osteosarcoma, canine mast cell disease, and feline oral squamous cell carcinoma. After completing her residency in July of 2007, she returned home to Memphis and joined MVS the following August.
Dr. Hillman is board certified by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) in the specialty of oncology and serves the western Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi area.
Dr. Hillman has extensive training in all areas of cancer treatment and is available to consult with you about the best treatment plan for your pet. The most important aspect of cancer treatment is maintaining a good quality of life.
