If you are a veterinarian who would like to refer a patient to Memphis Veterinary Specialists & Emergency, please complete and submit the appropriate form below.
Important Notice
Due to the volume of referrals we receive, please allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your referral. A member of our staff will contact you to schedule an appointment.
If your patient's condition requires emergency intervention, please call our Emergency Department at (901) 624-9002 to speak with the emergency DVM on staff.
I-131
We are currently not accepting referrals for I-131 treatment. This service will be available in the future.
